events refund policy tickets purchased for events are non-refundable after the first 24hrs of purchase. refunds are available for event tickets if requested within this time. If an event is cancelled, we will offer a full refund if you have purchased protection with your ticket or an option to reschedule. If are a member your are able to transfer your ticket to the next event with at least 7 days’ notice, provided your membership is active at purchase and at the time of the request. membership cancelation policy 1. membership cancellation: members can cancel their membership at any time. there are no cancellation fees, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. 2. monthly membership: the monthly membership fee is £3.99. members can cancel at any time, and they will not be charged for the following month. 3. yearly membership: the yearly membership fee is £49 members can cancel their membership at any time. however, please note that yearly membership fees are non-refundable. 4. no refunds: once you sign up for a membership, we do not offer refunds for any membership fees paid 5. refund time length: refunds take 5–10 days to appear on a your statement.
